Government of Ghana Office Automation project is one of the largest software and infrastructure initiatives taken up by National Information Technology Agency (NITA). This project is funded by the Chinese Government and caters to 102 different Ministries, Agencies and Departments (MDAs) of Ghana Government. Each MDA being a large organization, has many projects and programs that are initiated by various departments at individual level. This project is targeted to get a consistent approach to information management adopted throughout different MDAs which will promote best practices for information publication and management.

C3IT was responsible for implementation of SharePoint based Intranet Portal, Meeting Management System and Document Management System at 102 MDAs. C3IT along with its local partner IPMC has successfully completed the pilot of 13 MDAs across Ghana. Pilot was launched in the presence of IT managers of 13 MDAs and NITA representatives. All the Training and User Acceptance sessions were carried out at respective offices of the MDAs.
