Alfa Laval’s Core Automation team needed to bring in higher efficiencies in the project management activity and in managing documentation related to various projects carried out. C3IT team automated the whole process of project creation, folder structure creation and template management using the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform. This was integrated with Alfa Laval’s SharePoint based intranet.

We are confident that when rolled out to the entire organization, this system will help us reduce the time to set up and manage projects.
